01Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for making sure that following crypto futures signals is legal where you live. We may refuse service to anyone in a jurisdiction where our services would be unlawful.

02Our services

Empires Trading provides crypto futures trading signals, market updates and educational content through Telegram and our website. The free channel includes 1–2 daily signals and the weekly market overview. VIP plans include the full signal feed, daily market updates, macro alerts and the other benefits listed on our Pricing page. The Lifetime + 1:1 Support plan also includes 1:1 analyst support and educational trade reviews.

03Plans and payment

• All VIP plans are one-time payments: 1.5 months, 4 months, Lifetime, or Lifetime + 1:1 Support. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and paid in USDT. We accept USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only, through our Telegram payment bot.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network. Funds sent on another network, to the wrong address, or in the wrong token may be lost, and we cannot recover them.
• Your plan starts when our bot adds you to the VIP channel, normally within 1 working hour of payment. Working hours are 09:00–22:00 Singapore Time (SGT) every day, which is 01:00–14:00 GMT.
• When a fixed-period plan ends, you are removed from the VIP channel and keep access to the free channel.

04No refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits for any plan, including unused time, early cancellation, or removal for breaking these terms. We encourage you to follow our free channel or ask about a trial before you buy.

05Lifetime plans

“Lifetime” means for as long as Empires Trading operates the VIP service. It does not mean the lifetime of the member. Lifetime members keep VIP access with no renewal fees while the service runs, and Lifetime + 1:1 Support members also keep 1:1 analyst support.

If we decide to discontinue the VIP service, we will notify Lifetime members at least 30 days in advance through Telegram. Lifetime access ends when the service ends, and no refund is due.

1:1 support is provided by chat on Telegram, with replies within 2 working hours. Trade reviews are educational: our analysts explain a trade using our methodology and do not tell you to buy, sell or hold any position.

06Trials

Trials are offered at our discretion and on request through our admin on Telegram. The length and scope of any trial are set case by case, and we may decline or end a trial at any time.

07Member rules

VIP access is personal to you. You agree not to:

• Share, forward, copy, screenshot for distribution, or resell our VIP signals, updates or other paid content.
• Share your VIP access or invite others into VIP channels.
• Impersonate our team or use our name to promote other services.
• Harass other members or our analysts, or post spam in our channels.

08Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your access, without refund, if you break these terms, misuse our services, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using our services at any time.

09Changes to our services

The number of signals we post depends on market conditions. 3–5 signals a day is our usual range across the VIP feed, not a guaranteed number. Some days may have fewer signals, and some may have more. We may change, add or remove features, tools or content, as long as the core VIP signal service continues for the period you paid for.

10Content and intellectual property

All signals, analysis, articles, graphics and other content from Empires Trading belong to us. You may use them for your own personal trading only. You may not republish, sell or redistribute them without our written permission.

11No financial advice

Our content is general information and education, not personal financial advice. Trading crypto futures carries a high risk of loss. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer before following any signal.

12Limitation of liability

You trade at your own risk. Empires Trading is not responsible for any trading losses or lost profits from following our signals or using our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Singapore, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
